In Huis van Eemnes the AGM is held and farewell is said to Mr. Jean Brouwers who has been a Board Member and President for 11 years. After lunch Mrs. Noriko van Lith-Suzuki has given an interesting Ohara demonstration and a challenging Ohara workshop.

End of Season we visit Mrs. Marjanne Voorhorst, Ceramist and Ichiyo ikebanist. Marjanne will give in Raalte a challenging workshop of Raku firing.

Spring meeting in Huis van Eemnes with 2 workshops. Mr. Jeroen Vermaas, Master of the Ichyo School, will give a surprising Ichyo workshop. After lunch Mrs. Grace Lu, Junkakan 2nd grade Ikenobo teacher, will give an inspiring Ikenobo workshop.

In Huis van Eemnes we celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Ikebana International Netherlands #215. All members of the 4 schools are invited to join the exhibition.

In the morning we have the AGM in Huis van Eemnes. After lunch Mrs. Anke Verhoeven, Sogetsu first grade Ikkyu Shihan Somu, gives an inspiring Sogetsu demonstration and a challenging Sogetsu workshop. She is assisted by Sogetsu teacher Mrs. Esther Hoogland.

End of season 2022-2023. Led by nature guide René we visit the Biesbosch, where we take an extensive walk and take a look at this beautiful nature reserve under his guidance. With a well-filled picnic basket we enjoy lunch in nature. We continue our walk and after that we visit Manden Versteeg.

In Huis van Eemnes Mrs. Irene Kho, Ohara Master 2nd Term, gives an inspiring Ohara workshop. After lunch Mrs. Geeske Jansen gives a challenging modern Ikenobo workshop.

New Years meeting. We will visit Museum Voorlinden in Wassenaar. After a festive lunch we will visit the retrospective exhibition of the Italian arte-povera artist Guiseppe Penone with a guide. Sculptures, installations, drawings and photos will stimulate our senses.

Mr. Dave van Gompel, Master of lacquer Tokyo University of Arts and  working at  the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, gives a very special workshop, where members and other interested people can make a decoration of laquer on a Japanese laquer Dai. After lunch Mrs. Mariëlle van Strijp, Sogetsu teacher , gives an interestig bamboe Sogetsu workshop.

Anne-Riet Vugts was invited by Ikebana International Chapter Stockholm in honor of the 25th anniversary of Chapter Stockholm to give 3 workshops.

In the morning the AGM is in Huis van Eemnes. After lunch Mr. Jeroen Vermaas, Master of the Ichiyo school, gives an interesting demonstration and an inspiring workshop with assistence of Ichiyo teacher Mrs. Astrid Felius.

 An Exhibition in the Japan Paviljoen at the Floriade in Aalsmeer. Ikebana International together with NIV, the Nederlanse Ikebana Vereniging.

End of Season 2021-2022 with two workshops in "Huis van Eemnes". Four members of Chapter Köln #126 attended our meeting. Mr. Jeroen Vermaas, Master of the Ichyo School, will give an inspiring  Ichyo workshop. After lunch Mrs. Anne-Riet Vugts, Sogetsu Branch Director will give an interesting Sogetsu workshop.

After visiting Singer museum with a guided tour and a festive lunch, Mr. Arie Huisman with Monpyo of Ikenobo Sokakan a second grade professor, will give an interesting Ikenobo workshop.

In "Huis van Eemnes" Mrs. Anke Verhoeven, Jonin Somu of the Sogetsu school will give a challenging Sogetsu workshop. After lunch Mrs. Conny van Dongen, 1st Master Ikebana Ohara school will give an inspiring Ohara workshop.

In the morning the AGM is given in "Huis van Eemnes". After lunch Ohara teacher Mrs. Noriko van Lit- Suzuki will give an inspiring Ohara demonstration and an interesting Ohara workshop. She will be assisted by Ohara teacher Mrs. Joke Metz.

End of seasons 2020-2021. In "Huis van Eemnes", a festive meeting with two workshops. In the morning an inspiring Ikenobo workshop given by Mrs. Els Claes from Belgium. After lunch all the members were treated by the board to a handmade vase of potter-ceramic artist Mrs. Cindy Heldens. At the challenging Sogetsu workshop of Mrs. Els Goos we all worked in the new vase.

Opening of the season with the AGM in "Huis van Eemnes". During the meeting we say goodbye to Mrs. Corrie van der Meer and Mrs. Jeanne Rauwenhoff, who were Board members for many years of Ikebana International Chapter #215. Unfortunately Mrs. Corrie van der Meer could not be present due to health problems. After lunch Mrs. Anne-Riet Vugts, Sogetsu Branche Director, gives an inspiring Sogetsu demonstration and a challenging workshop with assistence of Sogetsu teacher Mrs. Marion Wopereis.

At the New Years meeting we visit the exhibition "Verstilde Schoonheid " in Japanmuseum Sieboldhuis in Leiden. For the first time in Europe we will watch about 130 Japanese etchings of Mr. Tanaka Rijohei. The etchings are from Japanes and European private collections. After lunch in the Hortus Botanicus provides Mrs. Carla Teunen, old hortulana of the Hortus Botanicus, a tour of the grounds and the greenhouses.

Mrs. Corrie van der Meer gives in De Hilt in Eemnes an interesting lecture and presentation about Mingei, Japanese Arts and Crafts. After lunch Mr. Jeroen Vermaas gives an Ichyo workshop inspired by the lecture.

Opening of the season with the AGM ( Annual General Meeting) in De Hilt. During the meeting we say goodbye to Mrs. Mariëlle van Strijp as a board member and to Mrs. Marian Voorhoeve , who was involved in the establishment of Ikebana International #215 and who was held board positions for many years. After lunch Mrs. Noriko van der Linden gives an interesting and informative Ikenobo demonstration and a freestyle Ikenobo workshop.

End of seasons, we visit Bamboo nursery Kimmei in Valkenswaard. We have a tour through the exotic garden with a lot of Bamboo varieties. After lunch Mrs. Mariëlle van Strijp gives an interesting workshop with bamboo.

Two workshops in De Hilt in Eemnes. In the morning a Sogetsu workshop by Mrs. Jenneke Soejoko. After lunch an Ohara workshop by Mrs. Els van Vlimmeren.

A New Year meeting in museum Singer in Laren. We have a guided tour by Mrs. Désirée Koninkx to the exhibition "Out of Office", 150 rarely shown artworks from Dutch Offices. After lunch we enjoyed the mini workshop Japanes paper wrapping by Mrs. Désirée van Vliet.

After lunch we received Shinto master Drs. Paul de Leeuw in De Hilt for a lecture of Shinto, the Japanese way of living. In the morning Mrs. Desiree van Vliet and Mrs. Mariëlle van Strijp developed a workshop about painting an Enso, the circle of eternity.

Opening of the season with the AGM (Annual General Meeting) in de Hilt. After lunch an interesting  program inspired by the European Regional Conference in Brugge Belgium. Mrs. Corrie van der Meer gives a beautiful Ichiyo demonstration and Mr. Jeroen Vermaas  gives the Ichiyo workshop.

End of season 2017- 2018. With IVN guide and sogetsu teacher Mrs. Rianne Machielse we are visiting the Wouwse Plantage, a nature reserve near by Roosendaal. During the walk we may collect small plants and flowers for the workshop. After lunch the "mini ikebana" workshop by sogetsu teacher Mrs. Rianne Machielse, where we make an arrangement with mini containers.

Meeting in spring in De Hilt in Eemnes. Mr. Jean Brouwers gives an interesting lecture  about the Japanese Kakiemon and Nabeshima porcelain. "Japanes Impressions : Art - Craft - Decorations - Symbolism". After lunch Ikenobo teacher Mrs. Corrie van der Meer gives an ,inspired by the lecture of the morning, ikenobo workshop. We make a Shoka - Shimpu - Tai.

A New Year meeting at Kunstlocatie Würth in Den Bosch. We have a guided tour by Mrs. Mariëlle van Strijp to the exhibition "Stille Dialoog", artwork of 23 artists, like Christo, Buffet, Manzoni and Caro. After lunch we enjoyed the lottery and a mini workshop by Mr. Jeroen Vermaas where a hashi-oki ( a chopstick stand ) was made of mizuhiki ( japanese paperstrings).

Opening of the season 2017-2018 with the AGM ( Annual General Meeting) in De Hilt. A lunch where Mrs. Inomata, the wife of the Japanese ambassador, is invited. After lunch an inspiring Ohara demonstration and workshop by Ohara headmaster Mrs. Conny van Dongen.

For the end of this season we visited the Japanese Garden of Clingendael Estate in The Hague. After lunch at Brasserie Berlage we visited the special exhibition "Porcelain with Characters" at the Haags Gemeentemuseum.

In De Hilt the inspiring lecture "Van Korin tot Zeshin" by Mr. Jean Brouwers of two interesting periods in Japanese Art from the 17th to the 20th century. After lunch an interesting Ohara Workshop "Rinpa" inspired by the lecture by Mrs. Irene Kho.

A New Year meeting in Hotel De Wereld in Wageningen with an inspiring lecture by Mr. Theo van Vliet about wabi-sabi and  kyudo, Japanese archery. After lunch and a mini workshop by Mrs. Mariëlle van Strijp at Het Depot in Wageningen, a visit to  museum Het Depot, Villa Hinkeloord and Aboretum.

In De Hilt the inspiring lecture: " Bergen, Vogels en Stillevens ", nature in  modern Japanese art from 1854-1945 by Mrs. Inge Klompmakers. After lunch a Sogetsu workshop by Mrs. Masako Higashi.

Our New Year meeting in  Textielmuseum. After  lunch a guided tour to the exhibition "Fiber Futures", work of 30 leading Japanese artists. After the tour a workshop making a flower of felt by a teachter of the museum.

Two workshops in De Hilt. A Sogetsu workshop making an arrangement with malus apples by Mrs. Ingrid Coffeng. After  lunch an Ohara workshop making a Hanna Isho Inclining Form arrangement by Mrs. Bea Batelaan.

Visiting the exhibition "Belgische Schone" in  Singer Museum in Laren. After  lunch and the AGM in De Hilt an Ichiyo workshop inspired by the exhibition by Mrs. Corrie van der Meer and Mrs. Jeanne Rauwenhoff.
